Important dates

– Submission of communication proposals: June 10 to September 30, 2024.
– Notification of proposal acceptance: October 31, 2024.
– Deadline for submission of texts for peer review: February 15, 2025.
– Final acceptance notification of communication: March 31, 2025. May 7, 2025
– Early registration deadline: April 30, 2025.
– Scientific meeting dates: June 11-13, 2025.

Registration rates

– FEHM non-benefactor pre-registration* €20 (mandatory for presentation of proposals to those who are not benefactors of the Foundation) closed
* The pre–registration fee will be deducted from the registration when it is formalized, for those who are not benefactor members.
– Communicator/benefactor assistant of the FEHM  – until 05/07/2025- €50
– Communicator/benefactor assistant of the FEHM – from 05/08/2025- €70
– Communicator/non-benefactor assistant of the FEHM – until 05/07/2025- €70 (pre-registered, 50 €)
– Communicator/non-benefactor assistant of the FEHM – from 05/08/2025- €100 (pre-registered, 80 €)
– Companion with the right to official meals and visits – until 05/07/2025- €60
– Companion with the right to official meals and visits – from 05/08/2025- €100
– Students, unemployed, disabled – €30 (pre-registered, 10 €)
